Oshik Efrati is the CEO, Co-Founder, and Board Member at HomeBiogas Oshik graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Sciences, specializing in water treatment. During his military service as a decorated Officer, Oshik commanded a special forces unit in the IDF. Oshik then led the product development team at Shoresh, Israel’s largest tactical gear manufacturer and exporter, where he launched an innovative product, sold on a global scale. His next entrepreneurial endeavor was founding HomeBiogas together with his co-founders Yair Teller and Erez Lanzer in 2012. Oshik lives with his wife and two children in Neurim, off the coast of Israel where they enjoy surfing and going on trips around the country with their camper van.

Matthew Lumsden has been working in the renewable energy and clean tech sector since 2000 when he joined energy consultancy TNEI and led its growth until exiting on a trade sale in 2010. In 2009 Matthew formed Future Transport Systems to deliver electric vehicle related consultancy and R&D, ultimately delivering several major EV trials, charging infrastructure roll outs, V2G trials and strategies for major industry players.Matthew spun outConnected Energy to commercialize R&D into stationary energy storage systems that utilize 2nd life electric vehicle batteries. Since then, he has focussed on developing a business that joins the worlds of energy storage, electric vehicles and the circular economy, leading a team working on unique and world leading technologies and business models.In recognition of the potential Connected Energy has to capitalise on new markets, Matthew secured strategic investors, Macquarie, Engie NewVentures and Sumitomo Corporation to help scale-up the business. Connected Energy’s E-STOR energy storage systems are now in operation in the UK andEurope.

Daniel Einhorn is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mermade Seafoods, where he is developing the future of seafood. Prior to Mermade, Daniel was the CEO and co-founder of Tech7 Venture Studio- a visionary start-up hub and catalyst, located in Gav-Yam Advanced Technologies Park in Be’er Sheva. During his tenure Daniel established the national cyber community together with the Israeli National Cyber Directorate and Israel's Ministry of Economy. Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in business, political science and maritime studies from the Naval Academy & University of Haifa, which he completed during his tenure as an IDF Navy ship captain, and a master’s degree in business and marketing from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. With over 10 years of experience in management roles, Daniel brings leadership and strategic skills to his role as CEO of Mermade.

Amy serves as Vice President, Investor relations and leads OurCrowd’s efforts in Chicago. Previously, she was the Regional Director of the American Jewish Committee (AJC) and before that she was the America Israel Public Affairs Committee’s Chicago Area Director. During her legal career, she focused on securities litigation at Davis, Polk & Wardwell and McDermott, Will & Emery. Amy has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from George Washington University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. Amy serves on the board of the America Israel Chamber of Commerce and serves on the JNF-USA Business Advisory Council.

As an entrepreneur in the field of FoodTech with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceuticals industry and the Start-up community, Maya is skilled at managing and leading teams, with rich experience in working with investors and clients. She has extensive experience in transferring scientific and managerial presentations and Pharmaceutical Research. She hols an M.E. in Biomedical Engineering and a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Engineering.
