As the VP business development of Fresh Start, Noga is closely acquainted with the local and global foodtech scene, supporting early-stage start-ups from vision to scale. She is experienced in business evaluation of innovative technologies with high emphasis on applicable innovation and has initiated and led industry and startups joint development as well as implementation processes according to industry’s needs and requirements.

Noga has 15 years of experience in product management, marketing, and business development in the food industry, specializing in CPG innovation. Beyond her extensive marketing background, in her last position as chief of staff and head of innovation unit in Tnuva, Israel's biggest food company, she initiated and led corporate level strategic projects in various fields, from operational excellence to corporate strategy, and established the Tnuva group corporate innovation unit and work processes.

Noga holds an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.

Avi Reichental is a 3D printing pioneer and one of the world's leading authorities on additive manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and exponential-tech convergence. He is the founder, chairman and CEO of Nexa3D, the maker of the world's fastest 3D printers and of XponentialWorks, a venture investment and M&A firm that is focused on advancing digital manufacturing, health, and the circular economy.

Previously listed by Fortune Magazine as a top 50 business leader; in 2014 he was named by Popular Mechanics as one of the 25 Makers Who Are Reinventing the American Dream. His acclaimed TED Talk about the future of 3D printing has garnered more than 2.6 million views. He is a member of the XPRIZE board of directors and a former trustee of the Cooper-Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.

Chef Nir Zook is an award-winning Israeli chef who has opened multiple restaurants, authored numerous cookbooks, and starred in various television programs. He was selected by the Foreign Ministry of Israel as a featured chef in the book “Face of Israel” representing the vibrancy of Israeli culinary traditions.

Ofek Ron is the CEO & Co-Founder of Plantish. A passionate entrepreneur and animal activist, Ofek started his journey in tech by founding an event production company that was merged with a software distribution company, where he spent years being their CEO and growing the team. During this time, he became a board member at a non-profit organization called Vegan-Friendly, where he later joined full time and became the Vice President of Business Development, working with multinational corporations such as Nestle, Pepsico, and Unilever on launching their plant-based products in the Israeli market. He was also instrumental in founding the UK Vegan Friendly branch. Ofek graduated from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya with a degree in Economics and Business.

Geert Denutte is the founder and CGK Group where he heads up the sales and marketing teams. With an expertise in marketing and strategy, specifically within thermoplastics, Geert has been able to accomplish a tremendous amount in his very successful career. He started his career after studying Technical Engineering in Electronics and receiving a Bachelors in Marketing in 1992. That same year, he became the Sales manager at Rycobel and then established a company called GEDECO in 1996. In 2004, he founded CGK group and acquired one company specializing in industrial piping in 2006 and then another company specializing in industrial insulation in 2009. In 2018 he Co-Founded Lodax GmBH in Germany, manufacturing outrigger pads and ground protection mats made of recycled virgin plastic material.

Erez Vigodman, former CEO of Strauss group, ADAMA, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, focuses primarily in life science and climate change domains (novel technologies & businesses, across the Biotech, Agrifood-tech and Climate-tech), through various platforms in Israel, Europe, China, and the U.S. 

Erez received his B.A. in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University in 1987 and is a graduate of the program of Management Development at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a member of the Advisory Committee to the Israel National Economic Council, and served on the Advisory Board to the Governor of the Bank of Israel between 2005-2009.

Yishai Amir, currently serves as the vice chairman of Largix. He is a former senior global executive at HP where he headed the printing, inkjet and graphics business. Yishai also serves as chairman for Puls, Tipando, and CiNet – CEO Network and was the CEO of Landa Corporation from 2015 – 2020. 

Ronen brings over 25 years of experience in top managerial positions (VP sales, marketing, business development and strategy) in leading industrial companies with extensive international business (Keter, ALBAAD, CLP Industries and Plastosak).   Ronen played an important role in the development of the companies, the establishment of operations in new international markets  and the formation of commercial collaborations with global giants such as Unilever (Americas), L'Oreal, KC, J&J, P&G. Ronen holds BA in Economics and Sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Matthew joined OurCrowd after a 20-year career as a Jerusalem-based correspondent, covering Israel and the Middle East for Bloomberg, MIT Technology Review, Time magazine, the London Sunday Times, Boston Globe, USA Today, Channel 4 News and many other global media outlets as a reporter, editor and filmmaker. Matthew was the publisher and founding editor of the UK Jewish News and New Moon magazine and first used crowdfunding in 1978 to launch Sniff Records in London.
