David Harel co-founded CytoReason in 2016. He is a well-rounded business leader with proven strategic thinking and demonstrated execution in healthcare, technology, and finance. Expert at evaluating business models, creating targeted go-to-market plans, and focusing on the right opportunities. Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated capacity to close large contracts. Hands-on experience in P&L management, M&A, market evaluation, sales planning, and financial analysis.

 

He has also served as a Board Member of Columbia Northwest, Inc., President of Virtual Officeware, Managing Director of Rosemore Capital, and Co-Founder and Co-Manager of Reticle Partners. David earned his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper School of Business.

Avi Baum is the Chief Technology Officer of Hailo Technologies: A role he assumed in 2017. Prior to that he had roles at Texas Instruments, including CTO for Wireless Connectivity, branch within the Embedded Processing division, where he was responsible for defining the long-term vision and the strategy for connected MCUs in the IoT age, where he established the connected-MCU product line, facing IoT and IIoT (Industry 4.0) markets. He also served as Texas Instruments’ Chief Architect and Technology Advisor, and System Engineer.

 

Avi earned his B.Sc. EE from The Technion.

Professor Kobi Gal is a member of Ben-Gurion University’s Department of Information Systems Engineering and an Associate Professor of Harvard University’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. He is also the head of BGU’s Human-Computer Decision-Making Lab and a member of the University’s Artificial Intelligence Group. His research focuses on multi-agent decision-making in teams comprised of human and computer “colleagues.”

Professor Gal has also worked on combining AI algorithms with educational technology to help students learn more effectively. He has published over 40 papers on topics ranging from artificial intelligence to the learning and cognitive sciences. He received the Wolf Foundation's 2013 Krill Prize for Young Israeli Scientists, a Marie Curie international fellowship, and is a three-time recipient of Harvard’s outstanding teacher award.

Ariella Rada assumed the post of Consul for Economic and Community Affairs at the Consulate General of Israel to the Midwest in August of 2018. 

 

Miss Rada joined the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2015.

In 2016, Miss Rada was appointed Deputy Chief of Mission (DCM) of the Israeli embassy to Peru, where she was responsible for politics, press, culture and international aid.

 

In addition to English and Hebrew, she also speaks Spanish and Amharic.

 

In 2010 Miss Rada completed her B.A of Government, Diplomacy & Strategy and later an M.A. in Conflict Resolution at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC).

 

Miss Rada was born to a Jewish family in Ethiopia and immigrated to Israel with her family in 1984. She grew up most of her life in the southern city of Beer-Sheba.

 

In the army she served as a commander of soldiers and trained new recruits. In her spare time, Rada loves reading books, traveling and singing.

Saar Safra, CEO & Co-Founder of Beewise, is a seasoned entrepreneur. He started his career as a software developer; in 2001 he became CTO of Ad4Ever which was acquired by aQuantive where he served as GM & VP of Rich Media. In 2007 aQuantive was acquired by Microsoft, where Saar served as Director of Rich Media solutions until 2008, when he left and founded ActiveBuilding; the company was then acquired by RealPage in 2013. Saar has had three successful exits from the five companies he founded prior to Beewise. Saar received his MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
