Dr. Levy is the Chief Scientist & Senior Deputy Director-General of Agricultural Innovation at the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture where she helps promote research, development, entrepreneurship and innovation in the Israeli Agtech academic institutes and industry. Dr. Levy helps developing the Israeli ecosystem by funding and connecting all the stakeholders such as companies in all stages, investors, academic researchers, etc. She holds deep knowledge of the Israeli and global Agriculture markets from various aspects.

After years of academic research at UC Davis, CA and The Weizmann Institute, Dr. Levy transitioned to the business world combining her in-depth understanding of technology with the markets’ business needs. Prior to her appointment at the Ministry of Agriculture, Dr. Levy served as VP, Head of Business Development Agritech, Veterinary & Environment at Yissum, the Technology Transfer Company of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. 

Dr. Gilly Regev is an experienced biotech executive with hands-on experience in launching pharmaceutical enterprises. Recently focused on drug development, intellectual property development and clinical trials, Gilly's 30 years of experience in research and development in biochemistry, analytic chemistry and microbiology as well as early stage biotech has led to many fundraising and licensing deals. She spent the last 12 years in the field of nitric oxide, including tenure as the Chief Scientific Officer for Bovicor (an animal health company), and earned a PhD in Biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Leah Stern is currently Global Communications Partner at OurCrowd, promoting the world's leading venture investment platform to the world media, as well as OurCrowd's 240+ portfolio companies. Stern is also founder of London based "Stern Power Limited," a full service tech PR and communications agency made up of ex-journalists that deliver high quality media relations, press strategy and storytelling. Stern served as producer and anchor for the Israeli Government Press Office News in Jerusalem, and continues to act as a multimedia journalist and content producer for Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, The Jerusalem Post, The Times of Israel, and Miami Herald. Stern was formerly the SE Regional Director of NPH USA, a non-profit organization that responds to the plight of orphaned and abandoned children in Latin America. Stern has spent the past ten years as an international correspondent in the Middle East as a TV reporter, anchor and editor for IBA News in Jerusalem, Israel's only local English language news program. Stern frequently directed, produced, and filmed news features in Israel for CNN's World Report Program. Stern was embedded with the Israel Defense Forces during Israel's disengagement from Gaza; broadcasted live war reporting during the second Lebanon War from Israel's north; Conducted Inside coverage of Pope John Paul II's Funeral in Rome; Documented a two-day journey in Ethiopia with the Falash Mura. From 2010-2012, Stern was based in Rome, serving as a liaison between the Israeli government and the Vatican, producing content for the world media and social networking avenues, including Vatican TV co-productions. Stern is fluent in Hebrew, conversational in Italian, proficient in HD video shooting, SLR photography and editing. Stern graduated with honors, from the University of Miami with a degree in film production and Political Science and studied abroad at the renowned Film, Arts, Music University in Prague.

Mr. Bennett is an accomplished executive in the energy and software market.A great deal of his professional experience has been shaped by leading teams that are focused on the integration of hardware and software, which has accelerated due to the rapid pace of IT/OT convergence that is taking place in the energy market.

Mr. Bennett was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of mPrest Inc.in Sept 2021. mPrest Inc. has developed the world’s leading distributed asset orchestration and optimization software. This micro-services-based platform brings the power of AI andIoT to the digital transformation of energy. mPrest’s Distributed Energy Resources Management System interfaces with millions of sensors, devices, machines, and assets to help energy providers manage the increasing complexity of distributed energy resources appearing on the grid.

Prior to joining mPrest Inc., Mr. Bennett was responsible for running worldwide sales for the AI Applications and IoT business units at IBM.This team was focused on enterprise asset management, IoT, and supply chain management for customers around the world.

Rafi Mendelsohn is the VP Marketing of Cyabra, a disinformation platform working with governments and consumer brands to uncover the 'real' online. The intentional spread of false information is now prevalent in our society. Living our lives on social media makes it easier for bad actors to spread any piece of content with damaging consequences to individuals, government entities, public figures, and brands.  

Rafi was born in London and now lives in Israel. A social media addict himself, he has previously led marketing activities for start-ups, multinationals, and governments. Gleb Kogan is the VP of Business Development at TytoCare, the world’s first all-in-one modular device.  The device transforms primary care by putting health in the hands of consumers. TytoCare seamlessly connects people to clinicians to provide the best home examination and diagnosis solutions.

Gleb is from Tel Aviv and holds an MBA and M.Sc. from Hebrew University. Having led commercial activity in Eastern Europe and the GCC region, Gleb has been using his medical, marketing and business backgrounds to drive TytoCare’s Business Development department for well over a year.

Professional Experience:  These days, Galia is has established and is heading a virtual hospital within Sheba Medical Center – Sheba BEYOND, the first virtual hospital in Israel. Since 2019, she has served as the director of the Pediatric Infectious Disease Unit as well as the head of the Telemedicine Innovation Hub in Sheba's Innovation Center, ARC.  In 2018, she became part of Sheba's management team as a medical director intern.  Previously, Galia worked at Sheba as a consultant for Pediatric Infectious Diseases and served as deputy director in a general pediatrics department.  

Medical training: Galia completed her training in pediatrics at the Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot, and specialized in infectious diseases at Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva. Nowadays she is specializing in medical administration in Sheba Medical Center. 

Education: Galia holds an MD from Tel Aviv University. As a member of the Inbar Healthcare Management Program, a joint venture of The MAOZ organization with Israel's Ministry of Health, she has just accomplished with distinction an MBA with a specialization in health systems management at Tel Aviv University. 

Zvi Schreiber ("tsvee shryber"), a serial tech entrepreneur, is founder and CEO of Freightos. Freightos is the digital booking platform of the trillion dollar international freight industry. 

Previously, Zvi was CEO of Lightech (acquired by GE), and of Unicorn (acquired by IBM). Zvi holds a PhD in computer science and is author of Fizz, the history of physics in a novel, and of Money, Going out of Style, which explores money & economics. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and author of various articles, papers and patents. 

Educated in Cambridge University and Imperial College, Zvi now lives with his family in Jerusalem and London.
