Dr. Levy is the Chief Scientist & Senior Deputy Director-General of Agricultural Innovation at the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture where she helps promote research, development, entrepreneurship and innovation in the Israeli Agtech academic institutes and industry. Dr. Levy helps developing the Israeli ecosystem by funding and connecting all the stakeholders such as companies in all stages, investors, academic researchers, etc. She holds deep knowledge of the Israeli and global Agriculture markets from various aspects.

After years of academic research at UC Davis, CA and The Weizmann Institute, Dr. Levy transitioned to the business world combining her in-depth understanding of technology with the markets’ business needs. Prior to her appointment at the Ministry of Agriculture, Dr. Levy served as VP, Head of Business Development Agritech, Veterinary & Environment at Yissum, the Technology Transfer Company of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Dr. Gilly Regev is an experienced biotech executive with hands-on experience in launching pharmaceutical enterprises. Recently focused on drug development, intellectual property development and clinical trials, Gilly's 30 years of experience in research and development in biochemistry, analytic chemistry and microbiology as well as early stage biotech has led to many fundraising and licensing deals. Professional Experience:  These days, Galia is has established and is heading a virtual hospital within Sheba Medical Center – Sheba BEYOND, the first virtual hospital in Israel. Since 2019, she has served as the director of the Pediatric Infectious Disease Unit as well as the head of the Telemedicine Innovation Hub in Sheba's Innovation Center, ARC.  In 2018, she became part of Sheba's management team as a medical director intern.  Previously, Galia worked at Sheba as a consultant for Pediatric Infectious Diseases and served as deputy director in a general pediatrics department.  


Medical training: Galia completed her training in pediatrics at the Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot, and specialized in infectious diseases at Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva. Nowadays she is specializing in medical administration in Sheba Medical Center. 


Education: Galia holds an MD from Tel Aviv University. As a member of the Inbar Healthcare Management Program, a joint venture of The MAOZ organization with Israel's Ministry of Health, she has just accomplished with distinction an MBA with a specialization in health systems management at Tel Aviv University.

Zvi Schreiber ("tsvee shryber"), a serial tech entrepreneur, is founder and CEO of Freightos. Freightos is the digital booking platform of the trillion dollar international freight industry. 


Previously, Zvi was CEO of Lightech (acquired by GE), and of Unicorn (acquired by IBM).
